The service "JackBot" is offered to you via the internet by En Masse B.V. The following terms and conditions apply to the use of JackBot. By using JackBot, you agree to these terms.

Article 1. Use of the service

  1. Through JackBot you can obtain automated portfolio analysis and monitoring.
  2. To use JackBot, you must first register. You guarantee that the information you provide to En Masse is current and complete.
  3. You must protect access to your account with a username and password from unauthorised persons.
  4. JackBot processes your personal data. You give consent for all forms of processing that fall within the scope of the service. Please refer to the privacy policy for more information.

Article 2. Rules of use

  1. It is prohibited to use JackBot for actions that violate Dutch or other applicable laws and regulations.
  2. If En Masse determines that you are violating the above conditions, En Masse may intervene to end the violation.

Article 3. Availability and maintenance

  1. En Masse strives for high availability of the service but makes no guarantees.
  2. Maintenance can take place at any time and will be announced in advance when possible.

Article 4. Intellectual property

  1. The JackBot service, the associated software and all information on the website are the intellectual property of En Masse.
  2. Information that you store through the service is and remains your property.

Article 5. Payment for the service

  1. A monthly fee may be associated with the use of JackBot. The fee must be paid in advance.
  2. Payment can be made via the payment instructions on the website.

Article 6. Liability

  1. JackBot does not provide investment advice. En Masse is expressly not liable for any loss you incur as a result of investing.
  2. En Masse is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, lost profits, missed savings and damage due to business stagnation.

Article 7. Duration and termination

  1. This agreement takes effect as soon as you first use the service and runs for an indefinite period.
  2. You can terminate the agreement at any time with a notice period of one month.

Article 8. Other provisions

  1. Dutch law applies to this agreement.
  2. All disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch court.
